Digital downloads
Digital packs and free resources are delivered straight away after checkout. You'll see a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. No postage is charged. If nothing arrives, check your spam or promotions folder, then email info@funlearningspanish.com with your order number.
Physical packs
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Making and sending your order
Each pack is printed and laminated by hand. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for us to make and send your order (Monday to Friday, not UK bank holidays). At busy times this can take a little longer, and we'll say so on the website.

Royal Mail usually delivers 2nd Class and Tracked 48 within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch, and 1st Class and Tracked 24 within 1 to 2 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Dispatch and tracking
We'll email you when your order is sent, with a tracking number if you chose a tracked service.
Address problems
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we'll contact you and can resend it (you may need to pay the postage again) or refund the price of the items.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
Items are our responsibility until they're delivered to you. If your parcel is more than 5 working days late, email us and we'll look into it. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or full refund. If it arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy.
Orders with digital and physical items
Your digital files are available straight away and the physical pack follows by post.
